The Author

Oliphia Ellison’s strong connection with the supernatural began the
moment she was born—on the day after Halloween. Raised by her
mother, Oliphia grew up in a home full of books, educational television,
and Halloween-themed birthday parties. Her mother even introduced
her to her first evil and unnatural creatures of darkness
and the masters of horror like Bela Lugosi, Boris Karloff, and Lon
Cheney Jr. to name just a few. She filled her bookshelves with books
about all types of supernatural creatures and their stories.
With her love of the supernatural and the inspiration to follow
her dreams, Oliphia writes her own stories now. She lives in her home
state of Colorado with her husband, daughter, three cats, and one
very catlike Siberian husky
